Job Description

Empowering Learning is seeking a highly skilled and experienced KS2 Teacher to join our team of educational professionals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons to students in Key Stage 2.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students
  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive learning environment
  • Monitor and assess student progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching methods
  • Stay up-to-date with curriculum developments and educational research to ensure teaching is informed and effective
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a KS2 Teacher in a primary school setting
  • Strong subject knowledge and teaching skills
  • Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
