Employment Associate Role

We are seeking an experienced Employment Associate to join our dynamic team at Career Legal, a global law firm at the forefront of innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a full range of tribunal litigation covering all aspects of employment law, providing expert advice and representation to clients.
  • Advise senior personnel on employee relations issues, ensuring effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Draft, review, and advise on HR policies, employment contracts, and directors' service agreements, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Act for high net worth individuals to negotiate service agreements, team moves, or termination arrangements, providing strategic guidance and support.
  • Provide counsel on employment law to internationally based clients and coordinate international projects and advice, leveraging our global network and expertise.
  • Handle High Court proceedings relating to business protection for employers or employees, demonstrating exceptional advocacy skills and knowledge of employment law.
  • Provide corporate support in corporate transactions, ensuring seamless integration and compliance with employment law requirements.

Required Experience:

  • UK qualified solicitors with 3-6 years' PQE, possessing strong technical abilities and commercial acumen.
  • Proven business development skills, with experience in negotiations and transaction management.
  • Exemplary communication skills, with the ability to advise senior personnel and clients effectively.
  • Previous responsibility for client files, demonstrating a track record of success and client satisfaction.
