This firm has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality services to businesses and individuals, and is known for its commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and deliver audit and accounts assignments in conjunction with the client partner, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Lead large and complex assignments, utilizing expertise and knowledge to drive results.
- Supervise junior staff during the audit and review their work, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Deliver the audit file to the partner in a timely manner, meeting deadlines and expectations.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and potential management letter points, driving business growth and development.
- Manage client communication effectively, building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitor chargeability and assignment budgets proactively, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Coach other staff for improved performance and technical development, contributing to the firm's continuous learning and growth.
- Develop specialist sector knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry developments, applying expertise to drive business success.
- Mentor audit and accounts trainees, contributing to the firm's training and development program.
**Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you will need to be ACA or ACCA qualified and have previous experience working in external audit or as an Accounts Manager for an accounting firm. You will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
