Job Description

24-7 Recruitment Services is currently recruiting for a HGV Driver - Class 1 & Class 2 on behalf of our client, a major Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain company.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HGV Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering stock to stores around the South-East of England.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver stock to stores in a timely and efficient manner
  • Operate a Class 1 and Class 2 HGV vehicle in a safe and responsible manner
  • Meet all relevant health and safety standards
  • Work collaboratively with other drivers and warehouse staff to achieve team goals
Requirements
  • Valid Class 1 and Class 2 HGV license
  • Up-to-date Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC)
  • No more than 6 points on driving license
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Working Conditions
  • Early start times (04:00am - 06:00am)

  • Pay rates: £19.00 per hour (Monday to Friday Days), £22.00 per hour (Monday to Friday Nights), £22.00 per hour (Saturday/Sunday All Hours), £34.07 per hour (Bank Holiday Days), £38.78 per hour (Bank Holiday Nights)
