About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Airfreight Import Clerk to join our team at First Choice Staff. As a key member of our freight forwarding company, you will be responsible for coordinating the import of airfreight shipments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with customers and overseas agents to ensure smooth import processes
  • Arrange deliveries, invoicing, and quotations
  • Liaise with customs clearance systems
  • Provide exceptional customer service skills
  • Hold a valid car driver's license
Requirements
  • Strong background in airfreight imports
  • Knowledge of road freight (advantageous)
  • Experience with customs clearance systems
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
Working Arrangements

This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday, with one Sunday every 4.5 weeks (hybrid). We are only able to accept applications from candidates with previous experience for this role.
