Job Description

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our close-knit team of commercial marketeers, where our consumers are at the heart of everything we do. As the first PPC expert in our team, you'll be responsible for managing the PPC strategy and delivery across our Bauer Media Enterprise Competitions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage paid digital campaigns across multiple brands and channels, from brief through to post-campaign analysis
• Optimise campaigns daily to ensure budgets are invested as effectively as possible, delivering maximum performance and ROI
• Regularly report on campaign performance
• Stakeholder management – internal and external – informing on current campaign performance as well as future opportunities
• Produce engaging and best-in-class paid content that brings our competitions to life
• Become the subject matter expert in PPC, offering training and guidance to marketing teams across Bauer

Requirements:
• Proven digital marketing experience, with evidence of success from previous campaigns and results
• Experience of working in a PPC role in an ecommerce environment is essential
• Strong focus on meeting commercial targets
• Proven track record in digital channels (paid search, paid social and/or programmatic)
• Extensive experience of leading and managing multiple projects
