Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Mane Contract Services. As a B2 Licensed Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the continued safe operation of our rotorcraft fleet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to our Flight Operations team.
  • Perform maintenance inspections and repairs as directed by our LAE Supervisor.
  • Lead a team to ensure the safe operation of our aircraft.
  • Complete maintenance tasks, including avionic and electrical systems.
  • Replace avionic line-replaceable units and perform simple tests to confirm serviceability.
  • Supervise avionic and electrical fitters and certify their work.
  • Conduct off-aircraft avionic and electrical technical work in our Avionics workshop as required.
  • Assist in the day-to-day running of our aircraft hangar, including aircraft movement and general housekeeping duties.

Requirements:

  • Thorough knowledge of helicopter avionic and electrical systems.
  • Familiarity with specialized test equipment related to avionic and electrical systems.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of CAA regulations, particularly Part 145 and Part M Continued Airworthiness Management (CAM).
  • Knowledge of Flight and Airport Operations.
  • Knowledge of Aircraft Line Maintenance.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of UK Military Aviation and UK MFTS.
  • Experience with SAP and ERP software.
