Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Solution Architects to enhance our collaborative environment, facilitating business transformations through strategic insights and practical technology applications. Contribute to our mission of fostering a more positive future in a technology-centric world.

Collaborate with clients to architect and implement their most intricate business and technical solutions. Throughout the entire delivery lifecycle, our Solution Architects maintain a hands-on, results-oriented approach across various domains and leading technologies, from optimizing operational processes to enhancing decision-making for critical government functions.

Key Responsibilities

As a Solution Architect and technology leader within our Digital & Data team, you will:

  • Collaborate with PA and client teams to define comprehensive technology solutions tailored to client needs, often guiding clients in recognizing those needs as they embark on their digital transformation journey.
  • Develop and validate essential architectural artifacts, including Key Design Decisions, Technical Options Papers, High-Level Designs, Low-Level Designs, Reference Architectures, and Roadmaps, utilizing a variety of consulting and stakeholder management skills to engage and influence decision-makers.
  • Assist senior leaders in shaping their case for change, primarily focusing on cost estimation and supporting the creation of detailed planning and benefits realization for the technology solutions you propose.
  • Work closely with Engineering teams, often taking a lead role in defining the vision, establishing Architectural Guardrails, Architecture Runways, and Detailed Designs, while resolving issues as they arise.
  • Quickly grasp and effectively communicate complex technical concepts to business leaders and their teams, utilizing your technical writing and presentation skills supported by tools such as PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.
  • Demonstrate confidence in applying your architectural skills across various domains, with expertise in at least one: Business, Data, Application, Technology, or Security.
  • Exhibit a solid understanding and practical application of architectural and delivery methodologies such as TOGAF, Zachmann, MODAF, or SAFe.
  • Utilize architecture modeling tools and frameworks to convey your ideas effectively: UML, ArchiMate, Ardoq, among others.
  • Design and implement architectural solutions within governance and target operating models, employing diverse methodologies such as Waterfall, SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban.
  • Commit to continuous improvement and professional development, with a focus on certifications in relevant methodologies and cloud technologies being advantageous.
