Digital CAD/EDA Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital CAD/EDA Engineer to join our client in Berkshire. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a pre-IPO company that specializes in high-speed, energy-efficient chip-to-chip link solutions.

In this role, you will assist with the development of flows, methodologies, and environments for IC and System Engineers. Your expertise in RTL-GDS, programming languages such as Shell, Python, or TCL, and low power design methodologies will be invaluable to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital design methodologies and flows
  • Collaborate with IC and System Engineers to design and verify high-speed digital circuits
  • Utilize Cadence or Synopsys tools to optimize digital design performance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in digital design and verification

Requirements:

  • Experience working from RTL-GDS
  • Experience with programming languages such as Shell, Python, or TCL
  • Experience with low power design methodologies
  • Experience with Cadence or Synopsys tools
  • An understanding of System Verilog/VHDL is highly desirable but not essential
