Position Overview

As a vital member of our store operations, the Cleaner plays a crucial role in ensuring a pristine shopping environment for our customers. Your dedication to cleanliness and hygiene will contribute significantly to the overall customer experience.

Compensation
£12.40 to £12.60 per hour
Contract Type
Part-Time
Work Schedule
5am - 10am shifts, 5 days a week including one weekend day

Benefits
- 30-35 days of holiday (pro rata)

- Additional pay for bank holidays and night shifts

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the store to ensure an inviting atmosphere.
- Keep external areas, including trolley bays and parking lots, tidy and well-presented.
- Operate industrial cleaning equipment confidently.
- Clean and maintain welfare facilities, including restrooms and recycling areas.
- Perform minor maintenance tasks as required.
- Uphold hygiene and health & safety standards diligently.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
- A commitment to excellence in service for both customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
