About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Lead to join our team at Manpower Internal Recruitment. As a Regional Sales Lead, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities in line with our strategic objectives, with a particular focus on manufacturing and logistics.
  • Client Management: Support existing client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and to secure future business.
  • Operational Excellence: Work closely with the Branch Manager to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve branch and regional sales targets.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a sales-focused role within the recruitment industry, preferably in manufacturing and logistics.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor a team to achieve high performance.
