We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Engineering Division in Warrington.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and engaging with new clients to expand our client base and generate new business opportunities.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge and in-depth expertise of the external recruitment market.
  • Using various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify quality candidates.
  • Conducting thorough candidate screenings, including interviews, reference checks, and skills assessments, to ensure suitability for client roles.
  • Monitoring the quality of all candidates and ensuring that the adverts and interviews during the recruitment process are of a high standard.
  • Maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates and proactively matching them with suitable job opportunities.
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, arranging interviews, stakeholder management, and offer negotiation.
  • Providing guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interview preparation and feedback.
  • Planning to meet the future recruitment needs of Engineering clients and managing expectations.
  • Assisting in ensuring that the end-to-end recruitment process supports a positive candidate and client experience at all times.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A full UK driving license.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a recruitment role, specifically within the Engineering market.
  • Proven business development experience is essential.
  • Essential 360 recruitment experience.
  • Professional conduct.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Ability to manage your own time.
  • Self-starter, with problem-solving skills.
  • Always maintains a sense of humour.
