About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Advisor to join our team at Bellway Homes. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the general presentation of the site and sales complex is maintained to a high standard.
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information to potential purchasers.
  • Guide visitors and potential purchasers around show homes, stock plots, and site.
  • Maintain accurate records using our in-house CRM system.
  • Liaise with purchasers, solicitors, and financial advisers.
  • Arrange for customers to attend home demonstrations and carry out handover policies.
  • Assist purchasers with defects or customer care issues.
  • Attend and minute weekly Sales/Site Meetings.
Requirements
  • Experience of working in a face-to-face sales environment.
  • Desirable experience as a Sales Advisor for a residential house builder.
  • GCSE Maths and English Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent).
  • Effective negotiation and sales skills.
  • Good administration skills.
  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • IT literacy and adaptability to new systems.
