Role Overview:
This position has emerged from an internal transition, reporting directly to the Account Director. You will guide and mentor a team of Retail Managers and staff across various luxury retail environments to meet revenue and customer satisfaction objectives. You will foster relationships with Cruise Line (CL) partners both onboard and onshore, ensuring compliance with operational standards and fulfilling contractual commitments.
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement based in a central location, requiring regular national and international travel.
Compensation Package: Competitive salary, vehicle allowance, performance bonus, pension plan, life insurance coverage, healthcare benefits, and 25 days of annual leave (including holiday shutdown).
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Management: Analyze and report on key performance indicators, including category performance. Prepare annual revenue and expense budgets in alignment with company objectives.
- Team Development: Lead, nurture, and coach Retail Managers and their teams through performance evaluations in collaboration with HR and Scheduling.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure the effective implementation and adherence to all company policies and procedures, including Retail Operations, marketing strategies, Profit Protection, IT, Finance, and best practices from Cruise Lines. Work closely with internal departments on product selection, sales performance, opportunities, and inventory management.
Candidate Profile:
- Demonstrated experience in multi-site or remote retail management, particularly with premium or luxury brands.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a commitment to enhancing team performance.
- Results-oriented and competitive, yet thrives in a collaborative team environment.
- Able to operate effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic industry.
- Flexible and open to change, with a proactive approach to suggesting improvements.
- Must possess the legal right to work in the UK, along with a valid passport and driving license.
