About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Aspris Children's Services Limited. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the management of our children's home and ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our young people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Home Manager in the day-to-day management of the home
  • Lead a small team of staff and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our young people
  • Monitor and report on the progress of our young people
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure a holistic approach to care and support
Requirements
  • Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People
  • Experience of team leadership and management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Resilience and ability to manage challenging situations
