Job Summary:

A seasoned Composite Trimmer is required to join our client's team as a direct support to the Trim Shop Supervisor on a 3-month ongoing contract. The ideal candidate will have a solid Composite Trimming background within the Motorsport, F1, Automotive, and/or Aerospace sector and will have some previous experience in leading/supervising a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support to the Trim Shop Supervisor
  • Lead and supervise a team of Composite Trimmers
  • Ensure quality, consistency, and delivery of value-added solutions
  • Participate in innovation-driven projects to remain at the leading edge of composites technology

Requirements:

  • Solid Composite Trimming background within the Motorsport, F1, Automotive, and/or Aerospace sector
  • Previous experience in leading/supervising a team
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday on a day shift with regular overtime and weekend availability
