Quantity SurveyorSalary: £50,000 Basic Salary + Car / Car Allowance + Benefits
Our client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join them in a very busy commercial team to deliver on a number of significant projects throughout the East Midlands and Yorkshire.
Ideally, you will have experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the Housing Regeneration Construction Sector.
You will be responsible for preparing and negotiating interim valuations, managing the variations account and final accounts.
Ideally, you will hold a formal qualification in a relevant subject, with previous quantity surveying and Housing Federation Schedule of Rates experience within the construction industry.
This is a superb opportunity to join a leading and established name in the industry to realise their growth plans and your own career ambitions.
Key Responsibilities:
