Main Purpose of Job:
As a key member of the Flourish Craft Bakery Ltd team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our busy café and pizzeria, ensuring seamless execution of our business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Implement and maintain impeccable standards of food hygiene and health and safety protocols across all areas of the café and kitchen.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth, increase customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Collaborate with the Front of House Team to provide professional and efficient service to all customers.
- Take charge of managing shifts, ensuring adequate staffing levels, and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Reporting Structure: You will report directly to the General Manager, who will provide guidance and support to ensure your success in this role.
- Working Hours: You will work a 45-hour week on a rota basis, including weekends, to ensure the café and pizzeria operate smoothly and efficiently.
Main Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve business objectives and support the overall success of Flourish Craft Bakery Ltd.
- Represent the company positively and professionally at all times, acting as an ambassador for the brand and the business.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the café, including eat-in, takeaway, and order collection services.
