Job Summary

Hobson Prior is currently recruiting for a QC Validation Manager to lead QC validation activities across multiple production facilities. This role requires travel between the multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive QC validation strategy across multiple production sites.
  • Manage a team of professionals to ensure the delivery of key projects on time and within budget.
  • Run multiple projects simultaneously, working flexibly to meet deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with EU and FDA regulations, GMP/GLC/GCP, and other relevant industry standards.
  • Utilize IT and Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) effectively to support project management and reporting.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience working in a biotechnology/pharmaceutical environment, with a focus on QC validation.
  • Previous experience managing teams and leading projects.
  • Knowledge of EU and FDA regulations, GMP/GLC/GCP, and other relevant industry standards.
  • A degree in Human Health or Sciences, or equivalent relevant work experience in the pharmaceutical or similar regulated industry.
  • Willingness to travel between multiple sites.
