Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Equities Client Operations Specialist to join our team at Devonshire. As a key member of our Global Investment Bank Client Services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our top-tier clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Products and Markets/Risk Management: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, including equities, prime brokerage, and synthetics, and stay up-to-date on market trends and nuances across global markets (Asia, EMEA, Americas).
  • Liaise with Sales: Work closely with our Sales team to ensure timely and accurate booking of new trades and amendments to existing bookings.
  • Trade Management: Identify and reconcile trade booking errors, and focus on critical market allocations, pre-matching through to settlements.
  • Relationship Management: Establish strong working relationships with our clients, internal stakeholders, and other teams, such as Engineering and Operations.
  • Process Improvement: Identify process inefficiencies and contribute to process re-engineering to improve trade flow and client service.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of equities trading and operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in a client-facing role, preferably in a financial services industry.
