As a Student Accommodation Support Specialist, you will be pivotal in delivering outstanding service to our student residents.

Your role will encompass a variety of administrative responsibilities within our student housing facilities, ensuring seamless communication across multiple channels.

Regular interaction with students will be a key aspect of your position, significantly contributing to their satisfaction and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

  • Address inquiries through various communication methods, including email, phone, and in-person interactions.
  • Keep students informed through our diverse communication platforms, ensuring they receive timely and relevant updates.
  • Guide students to local and university-led support services.

ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES:

  • Perform general administrative tasks such as managing phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining documentation.
  • Contribute to achieving property performance indicators, including financial metrics and customer satisfaction assessments.
  • Maintain high standards of property presentation, ensuring common areas and student accommodations are well-kept.
  • Assist in organizing events and outreach initiatives for students.
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing activities.
  • Help create engaging content for internal and external communication channels.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs.
  • Efficiently manage maintenance requests in accordance with service level agreements.
  • Coordinate with contractors and maintenance teams to address any concerns.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with local regulations and health standards.

To excel in this role, you should possess strong teamwork and customer service skills, along with resilience and adaptability. A background in the Purpose Built Student Accommodation sector and proficiency in MS Office and CRM software will be advantageous.
