Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Vice President of Hyperscale Sales to lead our North American sales efforts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including hyperscale accounts, to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, construction, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of data center solutions.
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and guidance to ensure their success.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- 10-15 years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.
- Strong understanding of the data center industry and hyperscale sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
Vantage Data Centers offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and AD&D insurance, short- and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, and participation in a 401(k) program with company match. We also offer a competitive salary range of $220,000-$250,000, plus bonus opportunities.
