Change Recruitment is collaborating with a renowned global investment management firm to assist in their search for a Vice President of Compliance. This role will require a significant presence in the office, specifically four days a week.

In this pivotal position, you will report directly to the Director and be tasked with delivering strategic regulatory guidance to both internal and external stakeholders. Your interactions will span across various key business units, supporting the institutional and wealth management sectors as well as the multi-asset strategies and solutions team, ensuring robust compliance support and oversight for financial markets advisory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality compliance advice and oversight to essential business units.
  • Manage regulatory risks and oversee activities related to the marketing and distribution of institutional and wealth management services.
  • Foster and enhance relationships between business stakeholders while promoting a strong compliance culture.
  • Engage in client due diligence visits, prospective client meetings, and direct client interactions as necessary.
  • Assist in the launch of new products and solutions tailored for clients.
  • Lead reviews of compliance policies and recommend strategic improvements in response to regulatory changes.
  • Design and implement regulatory training programs for the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of experience in Compliance within the Investment, Wealth, or Asset Management sectors.
  • Proven experience in providing advisory support on UCITS, MiFID, and FCA regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to offer regulatory advice to key business stakeholders.
  • Experience in a Global or EMEA business environment is preferred.
