We're seeking a talented and passionate SEO Specialist to join our team. As an SEO Specialist, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to drive organic growth and improve search engine rankings for our clients. You'll work closely with our content, PR, and web development teams to ensure all aspects of our clients' online presence are optimized for success.

With a range of client accounts to work on, no two days will be the same. You'll have the opportunity to test your skills across various industries and work alongside our Account Leads to deliver high-quality work that makes a difference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data-driven SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and drive conversions for our clients.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using industry-standard tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
  • Provide SEO recommendations and ensure best practices are followed throughout the process.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of proven experience in an SEO role, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
  • Strong proficiency in using SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
