Role PurposeWe are seeking a Private Client Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing existing estate planning documentation, advising on the suitability of lifetime trusts and will structures, and preparing all types of wills, including wills to absorb qualifying business assets and agricultural assets.
The ideal candidate will have an excellent working knowledge of inheritance tax, a good understanding of capital gains tax in the context of individuals and trusts, and the ability to advise on pilot trusts associated with pension planning and life policies.
Key responsibilities will include working as part of the wider private client team, providing supervision and support to more junior team members, and contributing to the implementation of the departmental business plan and the firm's business plan.

- Providing appropriate supervision and support to more junior team members with regard to their wealth caseloads.
- Efficient administration, billing, and cost recovery, including meeting agreed targets.
- Assisting in the implementation of the departmental business plan and the firm's business plan.
The ideal candidate will have a high level of attention to detail, a strong profile, and a network within the business community. They will be able to maintain a strong reputation within the business community and contribute to the growth of the firm's wealth business.
