As a Service Advisor at Buckinghamshire Jaguar Land Rover, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring seamless interactions with our customers. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing guidance on warranty cover, upselling additional parts and accessories, and managing customer expectations throughout the service process.

Responsibilities

  • Booking and scheduling services, MOTs, and repair work for customers
  • Providing expert advice on vehicle maintenance and repair options
  • Liaising with the Aftersales department to optimize appointment scheduling and workflow
  • Managing customer relationships and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and updating systems as necessary

Requirements

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is an advantage, as is proficiency in using Kerridge (ADP) software.
