Grounds Maintenance Trainee

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Grounds Maintenance Trainee to join our team at a prestigious residential gated community in Weybridge. This is a fantastic chance to develop your skills and knowledge in grounds maintenance, working in a stunning and prestigious environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out grass cutting, hedge trimming, and litter picking duties to maintain the community's communal areas.
- Assist with painting and general maintenance tasks to ensure the site is well-maintained.
- Operate petrol-powered tools safely and efficiently.
- Uphold health and safety standards at all times, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- A customer-centric approach with a positive attitude, providing excellent service to residents and visitors.
- A full UK driving licence is essential, as you will be required to travel across the 15-mile site in a Golf Buggy.
- Ability to pass a DBS check, ensuring you are suitable for the role.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions, adapting to changing environments.
- Previous experience in grounds maintenance is desirable, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, with a half-hour lunch break.
- Uniform provided, ensuring you look professional and presentable.
