Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Marketing Procurement Asset Creation team, overseeing creative agencies, public relations, social media, digital, and advertising production services globally.
  • Develop and execute the sourcing strategy for Asset Creation.
  • Manage day-to-day marketing portfolio management and sourcing activities.
  • Foster and sustain strong relationships across various teams, business units, and groups.
  • Build and maintain connections with key suppliers in the Market Research & Consumer Insights sector.

Candidate Profile: We seek a creative and energetic professional who excels in navigating uncharted territories and is adept at influencing senior leadership to implement innovative business models that drive growth and profitability.

Expected Outcomes: The successful candidate will be accountable for:

  • Delivering savings and cash flow improvements.
  • Managing demand effectively.
  • Avoiding unnecessary costs.

Essential Skills: Proficiency in Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is crucial. Additionally, the ability to leverage digital technology to streamline processes and enhance efficiency is vital.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Over 10 years of experience in procurement.
  • Expertise in indirect procurement or marketing procurement.
  • Experience in procurement transformation and business engagement.
  • Familiarity with business models in advertising and market research is advantageous.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
