Job Title: Apprentice Customer Service Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our industry-leading field service department. As an Apprentice Customer Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. You will work closely with our team to diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers on the use and maintenance of heavy equipment
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with equipment, using industry-leading diagnostic tools and techniques
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty
Requirements:
  • Apprentice-trained engineer or formally trained (NVQ Level 3 preferred)
  • Experience working with heavy equipment and machinery
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
