Join Our Team as a Sustainability Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sustainability Lead to join our team at MediaLab Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our sustainability strategy, ensuring that our operations are environmentally and socially responsible.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sustainability strategy that aligns with our company's values and goals.
  • Conduct regular assessments of our environmental and social impact, identifying areas for improvement and implementing sustainable practices.
  • Collaborate with our leadership team, HR, and Sustainability Community to ensure that sustainability is integrated into every aspect of our operations.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with our suppliers, encouraging eco-friendly practices and sustainable supply chain management.
  • Measure, report, and communicate our sustainability progress to stakeholders, including our Board and clients.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sustainability, ESG, or a related field, with a strong track record of developing and implementing successful sustainability programs.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and engage teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address sustainability challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
