** Prior experience in Food Production is MANDATORY **
We have two permanent roles available, with options for either a 4 on 4 off schedule from 6pm to 6am (Nights) OR a Monday to Friday schedule from 6am to 2pm/2pm to 10pm.
**TWO DISTINCT POSITIONS WITH DIFFERENT SHIFT OPTIONS - 6pm-6am OR 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm**
Compensation:
6pm-6am - £28,285.28
6am-2pm/2pm-10pm - £29,693.28
Key Responsibilities:
As a Technician, you will collaborate with the team to uphold and enhance Health & Safety protocols, addressing concerns as needed.
- Adhere to established operating standards during product preparation.
- Oversee and guide supporting operatives while ensuring top-notch housekeeping, hygiene, and Good Manufacturing Practices are consistently met.
- Maintain precise process documentation and monitor performance, reporting any issues to engineers or Team Leaders.
- Conduct initial investigations into any arising issues, utilizing judgment and initiative to uphold quality standards.
- Provide ad hoc operational support as required.

- Possess basic food hygiene training acquired in-house.

- Possess strong communication skills, working collaboratively with operatives and the Team Leader.
- Exhibit excellent awareness of Health and Safety standards.
