We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Specialist Occupational Therapist to join our team at East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust. As a key member of our Community Health and Integrated Care (CHIC) division, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and rehabilitation services to patients across the community.
About the Role:
- Work closely with our Professional Leads, Advanced Clinical Practitioners, Team Leads, and Practice Educators to provide comprehensive care and rehabilitation services.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to support patients with complex needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
