Job Description

Role Summary:

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled Welding and Fabrication professional to join our team as a Lecturer. As a Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and education to apprentices in a classroom-based setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver lectures to apprentices in a classroom-based setting, ensuring that they receive comprehensive training and education in welding and fabrication.
  • Liaise with employers and apprentices to monitor progress, provide feedback, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering team to develop and improve training materials, ensuring that they are relevant, effective, and meet the needs of apprentices.

Requirements:

  • Welding and fabrication experience, with a strong industry background and a solid level of expertise.
  • Hold a Level 3 qualification in welding and fabrication, or a related field.
  • Be willing to work towards obtaining a teaching qualification, such as a PGCE or a teaching certification.
