Highly Specialist Family and Systemic Psychotherapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family and Systemic Psychotherapist to join our team at Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality Family and Systemic Psychotherapy services to individuals, carers, families, and groups.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Family and Systemic Psychotherapy services to clients with complex mental health problems.
- Hold and manage a clinical caseload, exercising autonomous professional responsibility for the planning and prioritizing of own workload.
- Supervise Family and Systemic Psychotherapists, Trainee Family and Systemic Psychotherapists, and other staff as appropriate.
- Provide Systemic Consultation to other members of the team/service and other professionals working with service users.
- Participate in multi-disciplinary team working, development, and liaison.

Person SpecificationWe are looking for a candidate with a recognized postgraduate qualification in Family and Systemic Psychotherapy, accreditation with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy, and a recognized qualification in one of the core mental health professions recognized by the Association of Family Therapy. You will also need to have substantial experience in mental health and a high level of competence in applying Family and Systemic Psychotherapy to complex difficulties.
