Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Assistant to join our team at Dales Community Care. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes, promoting independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Support clients with medication management and administration
• Help with meal planning, preparation, and ensuring dietary needs are met
• Provide assistance with light domestic tasks to maintain a comfortable and safe living environment
• Engage in meaningful companionship to enhance overall well-being
• Communicate effectively with clients' families and healthcare providers

Requirements:

• Full driving licence and car required for this role
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
