We are excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated and skilled Plumbing Education Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in plumbing, heating, and ventilation, with a preference for commercial experience, although domestic experience will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging courses and contribute to the development of exceptional educational offerings that positively influence learner outcomes.
  • Assist in creating teaching and learning resources, including lesson plans and monitoring tools for tracking learner progress and attendance.
  • Provide relevant guidance to learners, fostering their knowledge, understanding, and skill development.
  • Develop and implement effective assessment plans and resources linked to initial and ongoing assessments.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Utilize your extensive technical expertise to instruct students across levels 1, 2, and 3 through both theoretical and practical methods.
  • Experience in teaching, tutoring, or mentoring apprentices and learners, whether part-time or full-time.
  • A genuine passion for sharing knowledge and skills to help shape the futures of our students.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft IT applications.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum GCSE Grade 4/C in English & Maths or equivalent.
  • Relevant degree and/or appropriate professional qualifications.
  • Level 3 qualification in the relevant field of expertise.
  • Commitment to achieving teaching qualifications.
  • Assessor and Moderator/IQA Award is desirable.
