Warehouse Operative

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stores and Packing Operative to join our team at Veolia Water Technologies. As a key member of our manufacturing facility, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Goods Inwards process.
Key Responsibilities:- Accurately pick parts for production and efficiently pack/consolidate orders for production.
- Prepare finished goods for dispatch, including packing, preparing paperwork, and loading of goods vehicles.
- Follow detailed and defined procedures and work instructions, making simple judgment calls in straightforward situations.
- Support continuous improvement techniques/initiatives within the Stores area and maintain an effective 5S policy within work areas.
- Good understanding of Stock Inventory principles and Health and Safety practices.
- Ability to work in a cohesive motivated team and possess good IT skills, with experience of Google suite an advantage.
- Disciplined and organized approach to tasks with the ability to prioritize and self-motivate.
- Good team building, motivated, and enthusiastic skill set, with a flexible and innovative approach to problem-solving.
