About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team at Aviva. As a key member of our analytics team, you will play a crucial role in analyzing complex datasets, developing insightful reports, and supporting our mission to provide exceptional services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze large datasets using tools such as SQL, R, or Python to identify trends and insights
  • Develop and maintain data visualizations using tools such as Qlik to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
  • Work independently or as part of a team to deliver high-quality results and meet project deadlines
Requirements
  • Highly numerate and educated to degree level or able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge through industry experience
  • Strong analytical skills with experience of handling, analyzing, and reporting on large data sets
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with both internal and external partners
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team to deliver outcomes

  • Starting salary up to £37,000 (depending on skills, experience, and qualifications)
