Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Early Childhood Practitioner to join our team at Pitlochry High School. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a fixed-term Early Childhood Practitioner role within Perth & Kinross Council.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality learning experiences for children aged 2-5 years
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and partner agencies
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver child-centred Early Learning and Childcare
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the needs of children
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements
- Hold an appropriate qualification in Childcare and Education (e.g. SNNEB, NNEB, HNC, SCQF level 7 equivalent or SVQ 3)
- Be eligible to register with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC)
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be able to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances
