Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team and lead a Transformation Programme in the public sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of projects focused on delivering service improvements and operational excellence across the organization.
- Develop and implement governance frameworks, ensuring reporting structures, risk management, and project documentation are consistently maintained.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to embed continuous improvement practices and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Use both Agile and Waterfall methodologies to manage project timelines, adapting to evolving priorities and ensuring the effective delivery of outcomes.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, priorities, and timelines, managing expectations throughout the project life cycle.
- Oversee multiple workstreams at different stages of delivery, coordinating efforts to ensure deadlines are met and project goals are achieved.

- Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and service excellence.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience as a Senior Project Manager, ideally within public sector transformation or service delivery programmes.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-faceted projects and deliver measurable improvements in Service Excellence.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, while maintaining focus on key project milestones.
