About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Wareham Forest Lodge Retreat in Poole, Dorset. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring our lodges and accommodation are clean, comfortable, and ready for our guests.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist with cleaning lodges and accommodation on changeover days.
  • Change over bed linen.
  • Re-stock lodges with essentials where required.
  • Assist with deep cleans on accommodation as necessary.
  • Keep accurate inventories of cleaning materials and products.
  • Clean windows inside and out.
  • Assist with delivery, collection, and making up of laundry boxes.
  • Prompt reporting of lost and found property to the reception.

Requirements:

  • Similar previous experience is an advantage.
  • A positive work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills is desirable.
  • A driving licence and the ability to drive is an advantage to enable easy travel to and from the resort.
