Consultant Haematologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Haematologist to join our team at Airedale NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our haematology department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert clinical care to patients with haematological disorders, including diagnosis, treatment, and management.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of haematology services, including the design and delivery of clinical pathways and protocols.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of treatment plans.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in haematology and apply this knowledge to improve patient care.
- MBChB or equivalent medical qualification.
- MRCP, FRCP or equivalent specialist qualification.
- GMC registration.
- CCT in Haematology.
- Experience of undertaking audits and presenting findings.
