Job Title: FP&A Analyst

FRS Ltd is seeking a highly skilled FP&A Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance function, you will play a critical role in managing forecasting and budgeting processes, analysing financial data, and providing insights to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the EIMEA quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting processes.
  • Develop and maintain forecast and budget templates.
  • Develop and maintain routine and ad-hoc reports for management that provide visibility of financial results and trends.
  • Analyse financial results, comparing actual and year-to-date performance with prior periods, forecasts, and plans.
  • Prepare reporting and analysis of financial results related to the company's business and financial objectives.
  • Provide insights into sales and gross margin trends and variances.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional business partners and use information and insights gained to recommend potential cost and operational efficiencies that maximise EBITDA.
  • Maximise productivity by automating reports, utilising financial systems, and improving processes as appropriate.
Requirements:
  • Qualified or Part-Qualified Accountant (ACCA or ACA or CIMA).
  • Self-driven and motivated towards continuous improvement.
  • Proven ability to work with a vast range of individuals, as well as internal and external stakeholders.
