FRS Ltd is seeking a highly skilled FP&A Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance function, you will play a critical role in managing forecasting and budgeting processes, analysing financial data, and providing insights to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the EIMEA quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting processes.
- Develop and maintain forecast and budget templates.
- Develop and maintain routine and ad-hoc reports for management that provide visibility of financial results and trends.
- Analyse financial results, comparing actual and year-to-date performance with prior periods, forecasts, and plans.
- Prepare reporting and analysis of financial results related to the company's business and financial objectives.
- Provide insights into sales and gross margin trends and variances.
- Coordinate with cross-functional business partners and use information and insights gained to recommend potential cost and operational efficiencies that maximise EBITDA.
- Maximise productivity by automating reports, utilising financial systems, and improving processes as appropriate.
- Qualified or Part-Qualified Accountant (ACCA or ACA or CIMA).
- Self-driven and motivated towards continuous improvement.
- Proven ability to work with a vast range of individuals, as well as internal and external stakeholders.
