Additional Information about the Role:

Jubilee Ward is a newly established modular ward designed to facilitate the surgical recovery of dedicated orthopaedic beds. It is built upon the principles of a highly effective and compassionate multi-disciplinary team, committed to delivering quality, safe, and empathetic care.

The ideal candidate will possess strong keyboard skills and have experience in a fast-paced, demanding environment. Responsibilities will include general ward reception tasks such as managing telephone inquiries, organizing files, maintaining medical records, assisting all members of the multidisciplinary team, and ensuring timely communication of relevant information.

We are looking for individuals with exceptional IT and record-keeping abilities, as well as a solid understanding of confidentiality and data protection protocols. If you have strong customer service skills and a professional telephone demeanor, we encourage you to consider this opportunity. Previous NHS experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

Work Schedule: This role requires hours per week, primarily from Monday to Friday.
