Overview:

Hays Technology is seeking a User Acceptance Testing Lead with expertise in UAT and Agile methodologies to contribute to a significant digital transformation initiative within the readiness team. This role involves comprehensive UAT strategy development and execution.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Test Strategy Development:
    Formulate and execute detailed testing strategies, plans, and timelines that are in harmony with Agile practices.
  • Test Execution Oversight:
    Collaborate with the testing team to guarantee the execution of testing processes, ensuring complete coverage of both functional and non-functional requirements. Facilitate regression testing and uphold continuous integration and delivery standards.
  • Integration Assurance:
    Ensure the seamless integration of software components, confirming that all integrated elements meet performance, scalability, and reliability benchmarks.
  • Agile Team Collaboration:
    Engage in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies. Support the team in adopting best practices for testing, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Training and Development:
    Provide guidance and training to team members on testing methodologies and tools, promoting professional growth and knowledge sharing within the team.

Essential Skills:

Experience in UAT, User Acceptance Testing, Test Management, and familiarity with tools such as JIRA is essential.
