Position: Classroom Supervisor

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee students in the classroom during the absence of the regular instructor.
• Effectively manage classroom activities and foster a constructive learning atmosphere.
• Observe and assist student progress throughout the supervision period.

Qualifications:

• Recent successful experience in a Teaching Assistant role or a similar position within an educational setting is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C or equivalent, including English and Mathematics.
• Strong skills in classroom management and a genuine interest in student growth.

All quoted pay rates will include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This position is temporary, with the possibility of a permanent role becoming available later.
