About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SuDS Engineer to join our team at Sweco UK. As a key member of our Water Infrastructure team, you will play a vital role in the delivery of sustainable drainage systems for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop innovative SuDS solutions to improve project outcomes
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet project goals and ensure efficient delivery
  • Present solutions confidently to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure technical work meets agreed timelines, budgets, and standards
  • Monitor project progress, addressing any deviations in cost or schedule
Requirements
  • Degree in Environmental Design/Engineering subjects
  • Good understanding of hydraulic design principles, including peak flow and volume control
  • Experience in developing innovative SuDS solutions to provide multiple benefits
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to consult with various stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of CDM regulations
