As a proactive and inquisitive professional, you will engage in thorough research and analysis to deliver optimal solutions for our clientele.
This role emphasizes technical proficiency, requiring a minimum of Diploma-level qualifications, as you will be responsible for detailed financial modeling, attending client consultations, and producing insightful recommendations.
Compensation:
Competitive salary range of £45,000 to £60,000, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes: 23 days of annual leave, 12 wellness days, bank holidays, support for ongoing professional development, a 10% employer pension contribution, income protection, private health insurance, life coverage, a healthcare cash plan, a cycle-to-work scheme, and profit-sharing opportunities.
Work Environment:
We offer flexible working arrangements, including the possibility of remote work (approximately 2 days per week). However, regular attendance at our office is essential due to the collaborative nature of client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop precise and comprehensive financial reports, including investment analyses, cash flow forecasts, retirement strategies, estate planning, and risk assessments tailored to client needs.
- Work alongside senior advisors to assess and recommend effective financial strategies that align with client objectives.
- Monitor client portfolios, identifying enhancement opportunities and providing recommendations based on market insights and performance evaluations.
- Offer technical support to senior advisors, clarifying complex financial concepts and assisting in the execution of financial strategies.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by attending meetings, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support throughout their financial journey.
- Engage in continuous professional development, staying informed about relevant legislation, investment trends, and technological advancements.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Diploma qualified (Dip PFS or equivalent).
- Ideally, pursuing or interested in obtaining Certified/Chartered Financial Planner qualifications (support for this will be provided).
- Strong understanding of various aspects of financial planning, including cash flow management, investment strategies, tax planning, pensions, protection, and estate planning.
- Proficient in financial planning software (such as Intelligent Office, Voyant, or similar), with the ability to leverage technology for process optimization and analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and mathematical skills.
