Audi Workshop Manager

We are assisting a prestigious car dealership in Chester in finding an experienced Workshop Controller to oversee and manage the daily workloads for 14 skilled technicians.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Accurately recording technician time and writing technical reports and recommendations
- Supporting service advisors to manage customer expectations and ensure service standards are met
- Maximising workshop efficiency and performance
You will work a standard Monday to Friday schedule with 1 in 2/3 Saturday mornings. If you are a motivated and organised individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
