Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Door Specialist to join our team at Work Lyf Group Limited. As a Senior Door Specialist, you will be responsible for servicing, installing, and repairing industrial and specialist doors, including roller shutters, sectional overhead doors, and rapid rise roll-up doors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Servicing and maintaining industrial doors to ensure optimal performance and safety
  • Installing new doors and door systems, including roller shutters and sectional overhead doors
  • Repairing and replacing damaged or faulty doors and door components
  • Conducting site surveys to identify and diagnose door-related issues
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to customers on door maintenance and repair
  • Managing personal van stock levels and ensuring accurate time sheet reporting
  • Completing reports, job sheets, and basic administration tasks on mobile tablets

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in industrial door works
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work weekends and out-of-hours shifts
  • Good customer service skills and communication abilities
  • Physical fitness and ability to work at heights
  • Desirable qualifications: IPATH, CSCS, PASMA
  • Previous field work experience in the industry is essential
